About RVG
STORY UNFOLDS
A life dedicated to helping individuals
to succeed holistically is what shaped up the being of a mindful mentor RVG Kulkarni. Three decades of experience in the corporate world garnered countless learning opportunities for the man himself. The most important ones among these were about life and how to convert obstacles into opportunities and stress into bliss. As a motivational speaker and life coach, he energizes people to meet the challenges of the world around them. He skillfully weaves his compelling life story into the fabric of our daily lives. He further strengthens the thread by closing the gaps of procrastination and complacency in order to aim high, work hard and achieve for self satisfaction while making a greater impact on the world.
A mixed bag of life’s journey tutored his time management and prioritization techniques, effective communication skills, motivational and leadership skills. This later went on to widen his horizon as an individual and also as a successful professional.
Apart from the constant practice of Ashtanga yoga, studying the mindset of people in blue zones and reasons for the release of happy hormones and their impact on us is one of his areas of expertise. And this eventually led to a thriving correlation of yoga, science and happiness. RVG further explains that this confluence helps us to be mindful, peaceful and happy irrespective of the external circumstances.
